Excellent opportunity to join an expanding plant improvement team with strategic responsibility for developing and driving the Reliability program and initiatives. Responsible for equipment and process optimization and improvements for the plant site.
--- Improve the reliability of the plant by analyzing performance and developing a preventive and predictive maintenance program.
--- Develop and maintain KPI’s to monitor equipment reliability
--- Facilitate RCA’s and FMEA’s and coordinate solutions to improve reliability.
--- Develop and implement the PPM program for the site, including documentation
--- Ensure PP program for new installations are established and communicated
--- Address all equipment failures beyond normal life cycle and equipment inspection results
--- Provide production and maintenance support for normal operation, project work, startup/shutdown for equipment
--- Manage local capital projects to improve reliability, including project budgets and schedules.
--- Support Integrated Continuous Improvement program
--- Assist in project start-ups with respect to mechanical aspects
--- Ensure improvement initiatives comply with SHE Requirements, local laws, and applicable standards.
--- Participate in Risk Assessments such as PHA’s to provide mechanical engineering expertise.
--- Support plant and corporate initiatives as outlined in the manufacturing plan.
--- Ensure compliance of personal safety, quality and assigned training is up to date.
--- Report incidents, near misses and improvement possibilities.
--- Support site energy and sustainability programs as necessary.
--- MS or BS Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering degree with 3+ years Reliability/ Project Engineering experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food or related process manufacturing plants.
--- Experience in Continuous Improvement and Capital Project Management engineering preferred.
--- Extensive background in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and SAP.
--- Detailed knowledge of multiple chemical production processes and specific requirements.
--- Detailed knowledge of OSHA and SHE manufacturing standards
--- Knowledge of relevant engineering practices and OSHA requirements.
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
