A liaison between tech and clients: Be able to ascertain the needs of the clients and present solutions based on their needs and objectives.
Be a team player while also being a client advocate: coordinate successful I implementation by making sure both sides, both implementation and tech team, have the correct information in a timely manner. Quickly relaying clients needs to the tech team and thinking two steps ahead allowing for seamless deployment and execution and quick to resolve any issues.
Project management and facilitator: work with project team, outside vendors and client to outline and ensure flawless execution for any project.
Relationship building: Ensure trust and build rapport with client ensuring a clear vision and strong working relationship with yourself, client and team.
Operations: Staying two steps ahead by reviewing and analyzing all data that allows us to deliver top not IT service to each and everyone of our IT clients.
3 to 5 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management
3+ years of experience in IT, SaaS, or other tech service
Outgoing with strong relationship building skills
Top customer service and upselling experience
Experience working in a cross-functional team in a consultative manner
Track record of working in IT consulting with successful execution of tech solution from concept to completion
Empathetic: Be able to quickly build rapport and understand the needs of our clients. Be responsive, accountable with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines consistents.
A “client whisperer”: Be a natural at engaging both clients and team and uniting their vision while setting expectations. We need someone who can probe by asking the right questions and uncovering the clients true needs and objective. Be a translator by being able to break complex tech terms into easily understandable points for our clients.
Resilient: Be relentlessly solution focuses in the face of all the obstacles. Be task oriented with attention to detail yet flexible enough to change directions on the fly especially when unexpected roadblocks arise.
Adaptable: Be able to morph into what is needed in any situation be it coach, advisor or rolling up your sleeve to help in any which way you can. You must be able to prioritize tasks well with very tight time deadlines and delegate well. You meet, and or beat deadlines, while no shrinking away from being accountable
Master Service Provider (MSP) experience
Server infrastructure technology experience
Network project experience
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
