Day shift - 4 – 10 hour shifts
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience.
$7,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
Relocation assistance is 2k for in-state moves and 4k for out-of-state moves.
Under the supervision of the Lab Director and Lab Manager, the Clinical Lab Scientist Lead organizes and performs the daily activities of the Chemistry, Blood Bank, Hematology, Serology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Microbiology, P.M. shifts, or night shifts areas. Ensures validity of test results and quality control. The Lead CLS assumes technical consultant or technical supervisor functions for their specified testing area/s. The Lead CLS is responsible to organize records and documentation in such a way that it can readily be used as evidence of compliance during inspections.
Must be able to work normal/scheduled working hours to include Holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call. Agrees to participate, as directed, in emergencies and community disasters during scheduled and unscheduled hours.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a Bachelor’s degree in Science related field and/or completion of a California approved one (1) year training program, and five (5) years clinical experience preferred. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license.
