Clinical Training Manager (Mammography – Breast Ultrasound Tech)

Cincinnati, OH

Competitive Pay, Bonus, Benefits

A stable, growing medical device/diagnostics manufacturer is seeking a Mammographer/Breast Ultrasound Technologist who wants to advance their career into a business role that would lead clinical sales training programs. This is a well-compensated Manager level role (competitive six-figure base, 10% annual bonus, full benefits). The organization has 800+ people and is seeing strong growth!

No former training experience is required (although a nice-to-have)! The company will provide comprehensive training experience. The key to our role is having hands-on device experience and confidence/passion to share your technical knowledge with others.

This role will be based in the Cincinnati business HQ, and have global sales team interactions (traveling as needed, but not extensive). This is a fantastic opportunity to create a dynamic career path through the creation of strong clinical training programs!

In this role, you would direct and execute all clinical training programs for Sales Teams (clinical curriculum, new/existing product training, gap analysis of existing training effectiveness, and run training classes). You’d work closely with the Global Training Manager, guest physicians, and all presenters to schedule clinical sales training activities.

  • Associates Degree required (Certification in Mammography, Radiologic or Ultrasonography)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Mammographer or Breast Ultrasound Technology. Experience with vacuum assisted, minimally invasive biopsy procedure experience.
  • Training experience desired not required, but must have aptitude to learn quickly, be focused/cool/collected, and able to translate technical details to sales teams
  • Ability to lead teams and drive change in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrates strong ability to work in a team environment, with the ability to relate to both highly educated and unskilled team members. Must be able to work independently and be a free thinker.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to handle and resolve conflicts and work under stressful conditions and in an environment of changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel as needed (20%+, will vary/as needed internationally)
