They are a modern organization in an innovative and high performance industry and they required a motivated and driven Commercial/ Sales Manager to help them reach their goals, and further develop their sales and marketing.
As part of the Executive Team and reporting to the CEO, this role will focus on identifying and developing new opportunities throughout the group. You will be expected to hit the goals required in this demanding role that promises to be challenging but also exciting in an industry where technology and innovation are synonymous.
In this role you will be required to:
You will take ownership of your role, while possessing an exemplary attitude and work ethic. Your team will consider you a great leader and you build solid working relationships with those you deal with. You will need at least 8 years’ experience. Ideally your background will also include experience within Pharmaceuticals and or Plastics (injection moulding) industries. You should have a qualification in commerce, business or finance.
