An impressive international business that is setting up operations in Australia with several projects moving into construction.  The company brings a long history of successfully delivering utility scale Solar Farms and is excited to be a long-term player in the Renewable Energy market here.
As the Construction Project Manager you will initially take on the delivery of a Solar Farm soon to be moving into construction with full responsibility for budget, programme management as well as QA and HSE packages.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with various parties involved in the project including engineers,, other technical professionals and trades people;
  • Coordinating with the developer, all stakeholders involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;
  • Prepare tenders and contract bids in line with the tender procedure;
  • Arranging submission of documents and plans to various local authorities as required;

About You

  • A high-level understanding of commercial, legal, technical specifications and construction activities required to successfully deliver high value solar projects.
  • Ability to schedule large labour resources and oversee procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment for large packages
  • Appreciation of building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety regulations
  • History of following a disciplined tracking and reporting regime using recognised project management techniques and tools 
  • Experience taking ownership to deliver projects from early works stage of the project life cycle to the final delivery
