JOB DESCRIPTION

Stable, Well respected, Tyler, Texas area, manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Controller for their Manufacturing Management team.

This position is a member of the Leadership Team, contributing to all areas of plant management and providing strong financial Leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• plan and coordinate plant budget and business planning activities
• provide financial direction to the plant and provide recommendations to improve site performance

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 Requirements:

• BS Degree Required, CPA or equivalent preferred
• 5 years of experience at the Controller level with emphasis in cost accounting and budgeting in an Industrial Manufacturing operation
• Must be an "Operational Accountant" who understands Industrial Manufacturing
• Demonstration of key finance competencies
• Experience managing and developing others
• ERP experience - preferably SAP or Oracle

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
