  1. Responsible for product operation, content construction, community operation and distribution strategies in the corresponding region, combining user attributes in different countries and regions, building a complete measurement system around data analysis, specifying growth strategies, and increasing user scale;

  2. Targeting regions Developers and creators within, build and optimize platform rules and incentive mechanisms, serve developers and creators to realize business realization, value realization, and increase creators’ stickiness, contribution and loyalty;

  3. Efficiently integrate cross-departmental resources to achieve growth Goals, and assist in iterating and optimizing products.


  1. Bachelor degree or above

  2. More than 5 years of experience in international product operation/platform strategy operation/sea game operation;

  3. Good user thinking, strong empathy, sensitivity to data, strong structure, and Planning summary analysis ability;

  4. Have a strong sense of ownership, excellent learning ability, organizational ability, communication ability, advancing ability, and a high sense of responsibility

  5. Professional Level English and Native Level local language, Chinese speaker would be preferential 

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
