Senior Digital Marketing and eCommerce Online Manager / VP / Director D2C job opening and an outstanding career advancement opportunity with an established yet entrepreneurial consumer health products company & publisher, to be based USA Remote or near the Norcross office, North West Atlanta where part home working is OK.
Starting salary base compensation is highly negotiable in the region of $140K - $250K + bonus + benefits depending on experience and your growth marketing accomplishments in a related consumer / CPG eCommerce / online sales industry eg nutrition / supplements including Direct Repsonse Digital Marketing with lesser known, still emerging products eg nutraceuticals.
We are not lookingMLM backgrounds eg for Amazon, 2nd or 3 party, or bricks and motar.. with gurus on educational content and copy writing in place to support you, this is about 1st party online sales growth plus JVs and Affilates.
To be considered potentially suitable for this position, reporting to the CEO and Transformation Director, we need your profile to include:
Multi-channel B2C / including high %s of D2C Consumer eCommerce sales, from direct repsonse marketing within for example Consumer Health Care Products / Supplements / Nutraceuticals / Nutrition / Food / Drinks / Cosmetics / Skin Care in the USA
Accountable for the marketing roadmap with KPIs to achieve goals and objectives and achieve the company vision
Leadership of a small to medium size full service digital marketing, meida and communications team (full time employees and consultants or agency at your discretion)
Strong knowledge of modern digital marketing management, digital performance media buying, eCRM, email campaigns, automation and segmentation, communications and eCommerce / online website and digital marketplace sales experience which have delivered year on year growth achievements
Joint ventures, partnerships and affiliates
Creative & Content (the transformation director is from a creative background and well known expert,top 5% copy chief)
Branding & Product Development including attending non corporate educational conferences and potentially public speaking
Comfortable talking with Doctors and Physicians and developing a credible relationship
Supplier selection and management
Lisasing with shipping, fulfillment, customer service
$MM budget management
Worked for a company with online D2C sales around $10MM - $30MM or more (the more important thing is that your leadership significantly contributed to year on year growth as their is phenomenal potential here for hyper growth which you will be reward with in company performance bonus and promotions)
Excellent communication skills in all mediums and formats
Strategic yet able to be hands on; effectively manages change; inspires people
