Director of Customer Delivery
Work with a rapidly scaling SaaS company and a diverse team unified by a common purpose: to enable more advanced mobile technology options safely and efficiently in the workplace. We are looking for an experienced leader to develop and grow a team that is charged with accelerating the deployment of the Platform from the sale through revenue recognition and full deployment. The Director of Customer Delivery will work with all departments in the organization to refine, improve and accelerate the deployment process and will lead the team of project managers who are responsible for the end-to-end deployment of the Company’s SaaS platform.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Customer Delivery manages a team of experienced professionals responsible for the following:
Platform deployment, including hardware, software, and configuration to administrators, management, and end-users
Coaching/training customers’ administrators of those systems
Managing multiple and simultaneous customer deployments
The Director of Customer Delivery will:
Ensure that project implementation standards are established and upheld
Receive, evaluate and assign implementation projects to project managers
Oversee and provide support to multiple implementation projects at one time
Review external client requests with the team members
Work with other technical and R&D teams to escalate approved requests and have them implemented to meet customer expectations
Be involved in pre-sales discussions and aid with scoping of custom requests
Works with executive management to define team goals and ensures that team members’ goals and overall team goals are met
Accountable for the overall KPIs (i.e. speed to revenue, NPS, etc.) related to the onboarding of new customers from signing to full deployment
QUALIFICATIONS
The Director of Customer Delivery must have:
Demonstrated experience in growing and developing a team of Project Managers
Experience with large scale SaaS Implementations for external enterprise customers
Experience and savviness to directly influence external customers to meet desired project and deployment milestones in a timely manner.
The ability to work well with end-users and C-Level executives as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
3-5 years of service as an individual contributor managing large projects and implementations
5+ years in similar management role(s) working with Enterprise level customers
Demonstrated experience scaling a team in a startup environment
Bias for action and consistently challenges the status quo
Excellent organizational skills and project management fundamentals.
