JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
• Develop cutting-edge digital roadmaps and team to execute a best-in-class consumer
experience across all touchpoints: .com, mobile, and social media
• Lead site and marketplace merchandising, user experience and help further develop
digital teams
• Implementing the marketing automation platform for the business and setting up
automated marketing campaigns objectives, KPIs and flows.
• Be the authority for email strategy, production, execution, list building, A/B testing, and
reporting of email marketing campaigns, SEO and PPC performance and Google
Analytics
• Support marketing automation campaigns to enhance acquisition through nurturement,
retention, and reactivation programs geared to meet commercial goals
• Implement and evaluate processes with the goal to enhance productivity, create new
growth opportunities, and increase ROI
• Monitor and report on performance, continuously evaluate metrics
• Works closely with and manages strategic vendor partner relationships
• Ensure brand consistency and presence on all digital products from planning to
design/build/test to a successful launch

• Continuously create and evolve the go-to-market plans, development of cross-functional
partnerships to create a rigorous focus on process efficiency, business effectiveness,
and product innovation
• Work across all departments to analyze results on a daily basis with a goal to maximize
revenue, identify opportunities, optimize email, PPC and SEO campaigns, and
troubleshoot issues
• Maintaining industry knowledge to keep us at the forefront of marketing developments

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
• Digital Marketing Strategy: 5+ years (Required)
• 3+ years experience with a Marketing Automation platform: Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot,
etc.(Required)
• B2B and/or B2C E-commerce/E-retail: 3+ years (Required)
• 5+ years experience with PPC, SEO and Google Analytics
• Implementation and management of key metrics: 5+ years (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively and productively across various teams, stakeholders
and departments
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet tight deadlines
• You are optimistic, resourceful, and ready to take on any challenge

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
