Director of Nutritional Services must have a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that have resulted in customer service improvements and a high level of customer satisfaction.  
The candidate must possess strong financial and project management skills and be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and enhance teamwork through effective role modeling.   
The position requires excellent coaching, communication and organizational skills. 
He/she must be familiar with NYSDOH and other food service regulations.  Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets, power point.

Geneva is a city in New York State. It is located at the northern end of Seneca Lake, known as the Finger Lakes Region. It boasts quality wine trails, a rich history, natural beauty, and four season attractions.
On Cayuga Lake, the city of Ithaca is home to Cornell University. The surrounding area is marked by high gorges, many with dramatic waterfalls, including Taughannock Falls and Buttermilk Falls.
Near the tip of Seneca Lake, Watkins Glen State Park has rocky cliffs and cascading waterfalls, plus trout fishing. Southwest is the Corning Museum of Glass. To the north is the Old Erie Canal, a pivotal 19th-century waterway now offering hiking, canoeing and fishing. In the northwest, the city of Rochester overlooks Lake Ontario.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

Minimum:   
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Service management or related field.
Preferred:   
Master's Degree; Courses in food and nutrition, personnel management or supervisory training.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

Preferred:  
Certification as a Dietician or Dietician/Nutritionist in New York State.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:  
5 years of food service experience with at least three (3) years of progressive leadership experience in a food service setting.
Preferred:   
Food service management experience in a healthcare setting is strongly desired.

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
