JOB DESCRIPTION

Director of Quality to manage quality teams in multiple step assembly.  Seeking Strategic leader to create and implement QMS for new product line.  Hire and develop team of Quality Leaders. Will work closly with Executive team who are fully committed to Quality.

  • Improve and update Quality Plan to accomodate new product lines.
  • Coordinate CAPA activities (Root cause analysis, short & long term corrective and preventive actions) as well as Continuous improvement initiatives
  • Review and improve quality systems and procedures to improve efficiencies and accuracy
  • Develop and implement lean training programs


 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

BS Engineering or technical degree.

10-15 years demonstrated quality systems management experience preferably in a multiple step assembly environment

Demonstrated ability to advise Executive Leadership in Quality strategy development.

Strong knowledge of ASME codes.

 

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
