Seeking - Director of Recruitment Operations Healthcare - West

Remote - must live in California  - 50%+ travel

Report to the Vice President of Recruitment

 

The Director of recruitment will assist multiple recruitment teams with leadership and strategies in their individual market.  This is a high touch position and high travel as you will be visiting multiple states assisting with sourcing, Social Media Campaigns, Event coordination, pipeline management, and oversite.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Remote Position
  • 50% travel to various US locations
  • Serve as a key member of the National Recruitment team;
  • Ability to develop and manage a recruitment team fostering a professional employee and patient-focused culture;
  • Strategically implement and leverage new approaches, processes, and technologies to attract, recruit, retain and engage top talent for the organization;
  • Serve as a mentor and expert resource to internal and external clients of the system;
  • Bring a deep understanding of human resources regulations, industry trends, best practices, technologies, and applicable laws to the position;
  • Implement robust communications systems and feedback loops to ensure that timely and accurate data is shared with stakeholders;
  • Fortify and building talent pipelines to ensure that future staffing needs are anticipated

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong communication skills in person and on the phone
  • Exceptional Interviewing/People Skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment juggling many tasks
  • Knowledgeable about various State and Federal Employment Laws
  • Results Driven
  • Ability to work on a team and independently
  • Experience supervising a team of recruiters

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
