Drive to develop next generation of products has created need for Engineering Manager to focus teams on Product Design, Technical/Sustaining Engineering, Project Management, and end to end NPI / product life cycle management
Will be pivotal contact with (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Quality, Finance, Technical Support to drive improvements in products, services, and processes to meet or better YET exceed customer expectations and grow the business.
Reports to Executive Leadership, high visibility.

Manage all aspects of engineering through four Engineering sub-teams organized across 3 global manufacturing sites – including Design Engineers, Technicians and Design/drafting.
Products are used in Process Industry applications involving electro-mechanical and SW properties.
Hands-on role driving new products development, custom engineering to order as well as sustaining and improving existing products.
Reports to Executive Leadership, high visibility.
Ideally has BS Engineering plus MS or MBA with leadership/business focus. Experience driving new product development, project management and training/motivating new leaders in innovation and team collaborations.
