Great opportunity to become a part of the Site Engineering Team, as the Program Manager responsible for ensuring targeted engineering deliverables are met for multiple Automotive Customers.   Serve as the technical lead resource to support the plant and customer engineering team for the products and applications.


--- Set all engineering project targets with relevant stakeholders.

--- Lead all system, sub-system and component development activities.

--- Continuously monitor adherence to customer specifications and escalate changes.

--- Ensure the generation of development specifications.

--- Lead engineering program reviews.

--- Serve as the Customer contact for technical topics  under the account lead.

--- Monitor engineering program risk and escalate as required to Program Management.

--- Serve as the technical lead on Know How Transfer (KHT).

--- Adhere to Excellence System Processes including Customer Application Program Management Process, and the approval and rejection of deviations.

--- Track spending of the program and project team to support budget management by the Chief/Principal Engineer and Program Director/project leader

--- Ensure proper engineering documentation

--- Serve as technical interface to the customer

--- Identify the project engineering team resource requirements and agree resource allocation with Team Leaders and/or Managers.

--- Work in the plant across different customers and understand the individual requirements by working closely with the respective Customer Engineering teams

--- Work with the quality and warranty team in the plant, identify the major quality and warranty cases and lead projects to resolve them

--- Define and manage goals and continuous improvement action items that facilitate meeting local and global KPIs and improving quality and efficiency of work completed

--- Help maintain operational excellence in terms of local site NRFT targets and other key measurements for a smooth production



--- BS Engineering Degree with 3+ years of experience in customer account teams and program/ project management experience in the automotive industry

--- Product and manufacturing process experience for Tier 1, Tier 2 Automotive Suppliers

--- Knowledge and experience within CAE, testing and DVP

--- Able to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.
