The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is accountable for identifying, analyzing and reporting on metrics that truthfully reflect business performance; driving a rigorous budgeting and forecasting process, and advising senior management on the financial implications of strategic and operational activities.  The Financial Analyst is responsible for the execution and presentation of analysis that provides the basis for strategic decision-making. The responsibilities include corporate-level financial reporting, and analysis of financial performance, competitive analysis, executing special projects involving financial or strategic analysis and for creating unique analytical tools to manage the business.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

FP&A team will:

  • Own/produce monthly management and investor reporting packages
  • Prepare and maintain company budgets and forecasts
  • Construct, identify, develop, and implement custom reports within our enterprise
  • Responsible for the development of analytic solutions to support various business units
  • Ensure quality and data integrity in the financial information and reporting deliverables provided to senior management
  • Various creative project forecasting and financial assessment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Master’s Degree preferred, CPA preferred)
  • Five to ten (5-10) years of Financial Analysis experience in the technology field, 
  • Attention to detail and willingness to dig into the numbers to gain key insights
  • Highly developed ability to partner with and build strong relationships with business partners across the organization
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic
  • Experience with business intelligence tools
  • Expert financial modeling and Excel skills

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
