The Finance & Strategy function is responsible for partnering closely with business leaders in the Middle Market Commercial Bank line of business to drive execution activities, business strategies, and financial performance. The Finance & Strategy Manager is expected to perform a mix of traditional financial planning, reporting, and analysis along with taking a hands-on approach to strategy development and execution – both shorter term initiatives and long-term planning. This role should serve as a critical resource to leaders within the businesses we support, grounded in the financials with a thorough and durable understanding of the broader strategic landscape. This role also requires strong partnership with HR, Data & Analytics, Sales Enablement, IC/IC Administration and the Finance Controllership and will require a high degree of focus on the development of direct reports and the broader team.


  • Creation, execution, orchestration, critical review of executive-level reporting
  • Provision of oversight and accounting knowledge for sound reporting & financial management
  • Development of accurate, driver-based, actionable financial plans and forecasts
