Our client located in Mississauga, ON is actively seeking a qualified candidate to fill this full-time permanent position. 



  • Responsible for providing office administrative support to ensure daily operations flow efficiently and effectively
  • Accountable for providing recommendations and contributing to the coordination and preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Responsible for preparing the core materials and financial reports for various client meetings
  • Completion of all follow up activities pertaining to meetings and client meetings
  • Calendar management in regards to scheduling and confirming client appointments and meetings
  • Responsible for management of client administration and answering any client questions or requests in a timely manner
  • In charge of processing account transactions, completing order entries, and all other documentation
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the database in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintaining a professional and positive atmosphere within the office setting and with clients
  • Responsible for being proactive, resourceful, and providing excellent customer service
  • Various other administrative duties as assigned



  • Post-Secondary Education in Financial Services or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in client services and administration
  • IFIC or CSC Certification completion or significant progression towards completion is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in combination with strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service and client service skills
  • Ability to utilize MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong math and analytical skills in combination with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Must possess a proactive and resourceful attitude
  • Excellent working knowledge of day-to-day operations and administration skills in regards to client accounts
