Help Desk Technician

Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support for end users
  • Respond to phone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support
  • Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST have:

  • 1+ years of experience in MS Windows environment
  • Expert level experience troubleshooting Windows 7 and 10 workstations
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Proficient use of MS Office
