Looking for an experienced BC IM or FM trained Hospitalist to join their medical staff. There is also an option to split time and build an outpatient practice, if desired. Local specialists included general surgery, pediatrics, urology, ENT, OB/GYN, orthopedics, neurology, physiatry and interventional pain. - The physician can choose either: 7 on/7 off 12 hour shifts or 24 hour shifts with 3-5 days block schedule - Vent management is required and intubation/extubation is preferred - Average daily admission is 4 - ADC for med/surg beds is 9 and 1.5 for ICU - 18 med/surg beds and 4 ICU beds total - Recruitment Package may include: - Base salary + wRVU production incentive - Quality bonus - CME allowance - Sign-on bonus - Medical debt assistance - Relocation allowance - Residency stipend - Medical Director stipend - Health benefits + Retirement plan - Marketing + practice growth assistance
