QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Must have a four-year degree
  • A minimum of 6 years’ Human Resources experience supporting a HEAVY INDUSTRY manufacturing facility
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Strong employment and labor law experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
