Seeking an experienced helpdesk professional with 2-3 years of related experience with telephone, remote and side-by-side experience. This company requires extensive background checks, reference checks and does in-person and online assessment testing. US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Reports to Vice President of Information Technology
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3-5 years of Helpdesk experience
University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
