Facing significant growth opportunities and suffering from capacity & capability constraints based on traditional paradigms and tribal knowledge it will hire Industrial Engineers to peform objective analysis. We are confident that IE's can find and justify opportunities to open bottlenecks, eliminate wasteful procedures, etc. using structured Lean evaluation tools.

Over its 50 year history it has developed a culture that trains & retains employees in its unique production processes. As it enters a stage of growth, it will add the talents of Industrial Engineers to study traditional methods and processes with a view to improving capacity, lowering costs and improving quality by eliminating wasteful procedures. Ideal Candidates have Value Stream Mapping and other Lean Manufacturing tools in their kits and combine them with exceptional analytical, communication & presentation talents. Knowledge of CNC Machining, light Metal Fabrication, sophisticated Assembly and Test will be especially of value. Candidates must already hold or be able to obtain & retain Level II Security Clearance through CSIS as a condition for hire.
Solid Industrial Engineering experiences are more attractive than technical credentials.
