Inside Sales Manager, Hong Kong Island

You will be working for a Global SaaS vendor, with APAC Head Office based in Hong Kong. The company specialises in managing corporate client data in line with regulations & compliance that allows companies in the professional services and financial services sectors to share confidential & sensitive data securely using SaaS online technology.

As the business is growing rapidly, we are looking for an Inside Sales/Internal Sales Manager based in Hong Kong, with the ability to travel, who has experience of coaching and developing a phone based sales team and who can set and drive KPI’s for a team based around the APAC region in relation to lead generation and qualification as well as creating appointments for the sales team in each region of the APAC region. The team is based across Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Australia. This is not a revenue generating role nor does it hold a revenue target. This role is all about managing staff who are responsible for creating sales appointments and qualifying leads that have been generated by extensive corporate marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • An experienced Inside Sales/Internal Sales Manager used to managing staff in different geographic locations in the APAC region
  • Proven experience of setting and driving KPI’s in relation to lead generation and qualification as well as appointment setting for regional sales teams
  • A sales focused individual who is used to working to KPI targets
  • Proven people management skills
  • Proven skills in coaching and mentoring
  • Experience gained working in the SaaS software industry dealing with large SME or Enterprise corporate clients
  • First class communication skills with English as your primary language. Mandarin would be an advantage but not essential

  • Experience gained working in the SaaS software industry dealing with corporate clients ideally selling to Professional Services industries 
  • First class communication skills with English as your primary language. Mandarin would be an advantage but not essential

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Graduate with at least a Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce or similar 
  • Sales training would be advantageous but not essential
  • Sales management training would be ideal
