Well funded startup company 30 miles south of Salt Lake City, Utah with offices in CA and Europe.
Inside Sales Manager (2 positions) responsible to lead highly directed sales team of outbound call center Account Executives (AEs). Will manage all leads from social media and others that from company's marketing channels on telephone, email, and website chat, etc. from small to mid-size business owners (SMB). Need strong manager to lead, grow, train, onboard, manage, budget, report, etc., outbound call center AE teams of 7-14. This is a transactional environment. Fast paced. High volume. Not complex. High energy. Will run team that initiate high volume of outbound sales calls of low priced, individual consumer electronic products that are easily used to accurately, in real time, track/manage employees outside sales and field support across all industries and government services.
Prefer 2-15 years management experience and 2-15 years outbound/inside call center background.
Will oversee AE performance, participate in sales forecasting and budgeting, ensure team meets established sales targets with approved budgets. Will train AEs on existing and new products, recruit and onboard new AEs, work with marketing and product development to ensure brand consistency, product improvements and increased sales. Will ensure team reaches daily KPIs; attain monthly sales targets; deliver high quality performance; ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures met.
Requires proven record as successful inside sales leader in a transactional and highly directed sales force; attained proven record of fast growth and retention; excellent interpersonal and team management skills; high energy and problem-solving professional services. Min 2-15 years management experience and 2-15 years outboud/iside call center experience.
