French Speaking International Presales Engineer (France, Spain and Italy plus new markets)
Our Client, a Pre-IPO Software Vendor specialing in the "Endpoint Management' space, is looking for a French speaking International Presales Engineer to join their international team, ideally based out of the UK or Germany.
We are looking for an experienced presales person, ideally with French speaking ability, to join the team to support the France, Spain and Italy regions.
As well as presales experience, we need someone who has experience in server-based computing environments, (Terminal services, Citrix, VMware etc).
Ideally you will be based in the UK or Germany.
*YOU MUST SPEAK FRENCH AT MINIMUM BUSINESS LEVEL
Extensive travel is required with this role - 3 to 4 days a week.

Be part of a team of engineers providing excellent support to our customers and partners
Build up new markets...
Use of remote tools to demonstrate our solutions and to assist customer in
Architect solutions by working with the customer directly or jointly with the partner and customer
Provide technical training for partners and customers
Visit partners and customers
Demonstrate our technology at industry events and tradeshows
Manage technical issues, solutions and sales opportunity progress by creating cases within our helpdesk system
Manage case escalation to maintain forward movement on sales opportunities
Ensure clear, professional communication between our teams and the customer
Create and maintain self-help documents
Continue education by attending training sessions and reading technical documentation
Ability and high willingness to travel extensively as needed
Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems
Experience in Terminal Services / Citrix / VMWare View environments
Thin client experience a plus

Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with engineers, sales teams and management

Multi-lingual skills strongly preferred, particularly French
This position requires daily customer, business partner and internal team interaction. Engaging with your peers and moving sales opportunity towards closure is a routine activity. Expect to travel 3 weeks out of a month and 3-4 days each of those weeks. A strong desire to learn and a “can do” attitude is needed. You will be working with an experienced, motivated international team willing to share their knowledge and experience to help you expand your skillset and succeed in reaching your goals.
