Phillip Riley are inviting applications from Project Development Managers, Property Consultants, Land Use Planners and Land Access professionals who are looking to carve out a long-term career in the dynamic Renewable Energy sector.
Here is your opportunity to join a reputable Developer and Asset Owner in the dynamic Renewable Energy sector with a broad range of development projects and operating assets across Wind, Solar, Hydro and Battery Energy Storage.
The company boasts an experienced and high-performing team and are about to enter an exciting period of growth.
You will take ownership of the early stage development stages for the entire portfolio of development projects with a strong emphasis on leading the interface and commercial negotiations with the Land Holders and Land Owners.  These projects are at varying stages of development with some having highly complex landholder agreements across multiple stakeholders.
Part of the company’s development strategy is acquisition of pre-developed projects and you will team up with the Commercial Manager to run due diligence and review of the landholder agreements and assess commercial and financial viability of the acquisition(s).  You will also see yourself working closely with colleagues in the Development team and collaborating on advancing projects to final stages.  



  • Proven experience with building relationships with regional (rural) landholders / land owners
  • Experience in Renewable Energy development is highly favourable however you will also be considered if you have large Infrastructure, Resources or Telco / Wireless sector exposure
  • Broad understanding of property contracts involving easements and leasing options
  • Strong commercial nous and ability to overcome complex stakeholder engagements and ultimately sign commercial terms
