The Lead Technical support Specialist will also partner with the Infrastructurelead on company wide initiatives. As part of a small team, this position will have a large impact on the IT of the entire company. The role will serve as the face of the IT support departments main point of contact.
Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Prior Lead or management experience. (Tier 1’s as the final escalation point for IT issues- that are over tier 2 and 3 are acceptable)
- Certification Required: A+ certification (or similar certifications)
- Required 4 Years of technical support
- Experience with LAN/WAN, local/networked printers, Microsoft operating systems, MS Office and MS Exchange, Netware, Active Directory.
