JOB DESCRIPTION

Per Diem - Part-Time up to Full-Time Opportunity

 

Expectations and Duties: You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients in their homes.  Follow-up visits with patients with home health needs.  Training available!

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active year of clinical experience
  • Active LVN license in TX
  • Active drivers license with a clean DMV

Education:
University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
