They provide customers throughout the world with the broadest line of high quality Access Hardware Solutions on the market today for applications in the Networking, Telecommunications, Computer, Automotive, Aerospace, Mass Transit, Off-Highway/Construction, RV/Caravan, Industrial Machinery, Marine and HVAC industries.

Regional Sales Manager will be resonsible for over all sales for North America, South America, and Mexico. Will manage 7-10 Key Account Managers (KAMS), Manufacturer Reps and Distrbutors


Base $135k -$160k plus 20% target bonus uncapped



Key leadership position responsible for driving peak sales performance through the management, directing, coaching, mentoring of salespeople. Accountable to build relationships with major customers and manage commercial agreements and customer specific pricing strategies. The key responsibilities include delivering on revenue, margins, project hit rate, and future profitability goals.  Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time domestically with occasional out of region travel.  The travel is basically 2 weeks in the field and 2 weeks in the office.This position reports to the Regional General Manager or Country Manager. Sales are primarily short cycle (2-10 months).


  • Mechanical Engineering Degree required (MBA a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in  Sales preferably in Technical Sales  
  • 5 plus years’ experience in a sales Management role..
  • Ability to proactively interact with customer contacts and key decision makers at all levels to closely monitor and assess overall service delivery, identify new business opportunities, and maximize  market share,  including bid preparation and follow-up, bid approval, and positioning to ensure overall customer success
