JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a leading commercial training organisation, they provide safety skills and incident response training to high-risk industries. They require a full time Marketing and Communications Coordinator for a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This is a national role based in Jandakot requiring a high level of communication and teamwork within the client partnership team. You will be required to coordinate all aspects of marketing, communications and branding for the company across Australia. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Marketing planning and management 
  • Internal and external communication 
  • Brand management 
  • Events management and coordination 
  • Market research
  • Developing and maintaining materials and brand integrity 
  • The successful candidate will carry out duties in a manner consistent with the company’s values and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

What you'll need:

  • Marketing or communications tertiary qualification 
  • 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Digital marketing and social media experience 
  • Experience setting up campaigns and promotions, tracking, evaluating and reporting on outcomes against targets 
  • Experience in developing reports to provide to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Excellent written skills, presentation and communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines 
  • Demonstrates initiative 
  • Strong team player yet able to work autonomously 
  • Professional, mature, well-groomed, and articulate 
  • Total commitment to customer service

Education:
Vocational/Technical/Diploma
