JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Manage the product life-cycle for products in the specialty coatings and construction market segments
  • Assure full portfolio legal compliance and product quality through EHS labeling, packaging, international trade suing SAP
  • Support Sales in major promotional activities
  • Schedule new product pilot plant trials, prepare new product launch documentation and coordination to market activities with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain
  • Establishment of a set of cost initiatives with procurement to improve product costs and minimize risk of single source supply

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • BS Science or Engineering
  • MBA or Advanced Degree is a Plus
  • Knowledge of ISO Procedures, Quality Processes, & Qualification of Product
  • Experience in Value Selling, Product marketing or Innovation Management is a Plus

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
