JOB DESCRIPTION

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire an OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (NORTHERN ALBERTA TERRITORY) for our Acheson, AB client. 

With our client’s continued growth expectations of delivering innovative products, they are expanding operations in many provinces, including Alberta.  Our client offers a variety of products, including: pipe, fittings, valves, pumps, tanks, sheet, tubing and fans. 

This position will be an outside, direct customer-facing role, responsible for account management and selling our client’s products in industries ranging from agricultural to leisure and marine.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Target a market with the intent to build relationships with prospects and current customers to help identify product requirements

Promote and sell the company brand, capabilities, products and services

 

Network throughout the geographic market to find new prospect accounts

 

Work in perfect cooperation with inside sales to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction

 

Effectively manage a sales pipeline through CRM to meet company goals

 

Develop and execute an annual territory growth plan

 

Provide input to company strategy and tactics to continue growth trajectory 

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of sales experience within industrial manufacturing

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or similar

Valid driver’s license         

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office

Must have a strong mechanical understanding of the function of industrial products/components

Outgoing, well spoken, highly skilled communicator

Highly motivated seller, desire for the need to succeed
