Seeking experienced Accountant and Financial Analyst who is business oriented, experienced in Operations or Supply Chain leadership to work closely with Executive Team as Plant Controller.   Opportunity to implement new and strategic initiatives.   Leader on the plant floor working with Managers, Supervisors, and team leaders to make improvements to assembly and supply chain operations whether its reducing costs or shortening lead times or training future leaders.   Learn to RUN the business from the CFO and President.

Well managed Manufacturing firm with multiple locations, seeking hands on Accounting and Finance leader to provide sound financial data as well as work closely with the Executive Team on projects to move them ahead strategically.

Will literally work in the plant to learn all facets of the business – use that knowledge to truly understand how to improve business as well as teach other production and operations leaders to develop the important internal relationship and trust needed to successfully grow into this leadership role.  Ideally someone who has worked for a medium size operation, directly for the Owner or President or COO.  Someone used to being both tactile AND strategic

Responsible for ensuring the integrity in and timely completion of all financial activities across all companies. Additionally, actively engaged with all functional areas, supporting operational needs and driving productivity with advice, analysis and financial direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Opportunity to implement new and strategic initiatives.   Comfortable out on the plant floor working with Purchasing, Assembly, Distribution team leaders to make improvements to assembly and supply chain operations whether its reducing costs or shortening lead times or training future leaders.  

 Ideally someone who has worked for a medium size operation, directly for the Owner or President or COO..... used to being both tactile AND strategic.

  • BS/MBA preferably in finance or accounting
  • Experience as financial analyst or controller of manufacturing company
  • Experience as operating manager or in supply chain manager or purchasing manager with a manufacturer
  • Strong financial analysis and project management skills
  • Hands-on person with interest in further developing general management and leadership skills
  • Able to work at both a strategic and operational level
  • Entrepreneurial with strong desire to help build a company

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
