The essence of this key role is to develop and strengthen client relationships by ensuring inbound enquiries and requests are handled in a manner which will coincide with enhancing & maintaining relationships with customers within the parks and recreation channel.
Ideally you will have experience in parks and facility management where you have acquired a high level of proficiency using property management systems.
The position requires competencies based around inbound contact from clients, facilitating technical support and ability to assist customers utilising the property management system. Clients will be able to trust the knowledge and customer service ability you possess when reaching out for support and assistance.
With offices in Australia (Melbourne and Gold Coast), the United Kingdom, Dubai, India and the United States, as a result of rapid growth and continuing success, the opportunity to further grow throughout the organisation will be facilitated.
