Relo nationally: pay for all household goods to be moved and temporary housing for 30 days.
125K-145k, no more than 150k.
Retirement bonus 6% instead of 4% for everyone else
Additional Bonus up to $22,500 per year. One is 10k based on efficiency, controllable expenses, & diverted labor at 1.5% of sales-all or nothing bonus.
Other $12,500 bonus based on plant ranking with safety, cost, delivery, percentage of achievement where final ranking is amongst MPG plants

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Plant Operations, the Plant Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing the overall plant operations. Assures that organizational or divisional production objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. Delegates responsibilities to key area managers in production, production control, methods, cost accounting, maintenance, and other related operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Coordinates the execution of manufacturing schedules based on sales requirements and plant capacity.
Controls quality, cost production, warehousing, receiving and shipping of raw materials through appropriate subordinates.
Confers with subordinates and other plant personnel on the application of methods and production standards, incentive rates and standards, and adherence to safety program. Reviews all recommendations for special machinery, and works closely with product and process research and development program changes.
Determines plant policies consistent with organization or division policies and directs and supervises the application of such policies to the plant's manufacturing operations.
Participates in long-range plant expansion, conversion, and equipment planning.
Oversees the maintenance of buildings and equipment, and plant security and protection.
Reviews and approves recommendations of subordinates in matters of personnel and rate changes.
Represents the organization in the community and promotes the organization's goodwill and interests in community activities.
Authority to establishes the duties and responsibilities for positions reporting directly to him.
Will represent the needs of the customer in internal functions in addressing TS16949 and EMS requirements for Corrective & Preventive Actions.
Performs other essential functions as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Training and experience: Prefer College degree, preferably in the field of Business Administration or Operations. REQUIRE ten years experience in a plant manager/operations manager or similar role, preferably with an Tier 1 automotive supplier. Toyota, Toyota Production System experience preferred as well. Must have excellent hands-on leadership with plant employees, strong budget skills and noteable cost reduction expereience.
The ability to administer policies and procedures dictated by corporate resources.
MAJOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
The employee will be required to walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor. Will be required to exert up to 50 pounds of pressure occasionally.
Normal factory environment. Hazard may include result from loud noises, physical dangers from operating machines and machine parts, and breathing of dust or fumes.
