Salary: $24.79/hour to $30.98/hour + over time (which is paid out at 1.5 times their regular rate for any hours over 40 per week, + 3% annual incentive target

Years Experience: Min of 2 yrs.
Provides facility guidance for OSHAs Process Safety Management program and EPAs Risk Management program to operations and management.
Responsible for developing and implementing necessary compliance programs and procedures, identifying hazards or risks, analyzing and reporting findings on various EH&S consequences.
The role supports facility-level risk management and compliance programs associated with PSM / RMP, ammonia refrigeration systems, food plant HVAC, boiler & steam systems, and heat & ventilation systems.
*** Assists the facility in identifying and prepare capital and expense/repair budget needs, related to PSM / RMP covered process equipment
*** Works with members of the local leadership team to deliver annual self-assessments of PSM / RMP program elements
*** Administers the sites PSM / RMP information system *** Responsible for the management of all Process Safety Information (PSI) at the facility.
*** Ensures timely completion of the facility’s PSM process elements, PHAs, MOCs, PSSRs,
*** Develops and updates SOPs and OPLs *** Ensures annual training and compliance related to PSM / RMP
*** Ensures all facility and/or corporate safe work practices are implemented and adhered to
*** Maintains the facility’s covered process(es) Master Equipment Listing, and preventative Maintenance and Inspections.
*** Actively participates in PSM / RMP related incident investigations and corrective and preventive action development at the facility. Tracks-to-close all corrective and preventative actions resulting from these Incident Investigations.
*** Participates in the facility Compliance Audits. Manages and tracks-to-close all recommendations resulting from these audits
*** Certification/Certificate program in Ammonia Refrigeration Technology or equivalent work experience
*** Degree a plus.
*** This will be an hourly non-exempt role so it is eligible for overtime. *** $24.79/hour to $30.98/hour. *** eligible for a 3% annual incentive target.
12 positions open. We will start with initial locations: Richland, Wenatchee, Mesa, and Moses Lake (all in WA). Ideally like to fill these by end January.
The 2nd wave will be in ID, MN, Canada and more in WA and I will publish these as soon as they are available. The final wave will be in OR and LA.
