A fast-growing, well-funded startup is looking for an experienced software Product Manager to join their team.

Their product is currently used by around 60 different clients, and over 3000 users in total. Just 9 months ago the product had just several hundred users, and the growth that they've experienced in the last year will be replicated in the coming months as well.

The company is looking for an experienced Product Manager who is familiar with the end-to-end sales process and has worked with the sales technology stack, from a product building perspective.

Particularly valuable would be experience with products like SalesForce, HubSpot, Calendly or similar (clear understanding of how they are working in the background) and familiarity with the process of converting leads from marketing and the transfer to the sales team.

Reporting to the Head of Product Group, the Product Manager will be responsible for:

- creating the requirements for new products, new features and changes

- understanding the needs of the requirements, then coming up with different options and opportunities and working with the Senior UX Designer to create mock-ups.

- composing the acceptance criteria, following through with the engineering team (handoff), continuously communicating with the engineering team all the way through to the implementation.

The successful candidate will be someone with around 4 years of experience as a product manager, with SaaS knowledge, who thrives on challenges, and is able to combine confidence and decisiveness, with adaptability and flexibility. Someone who is eager to make a real difference in the growth of an innovative company and to have a direct impact on the continuous evolution of a fantastic product.

Mandatory requirements:

- software product and SaaS experience

- 4+ years of experience building products

- Familiarity with the sales and marketing process
