Our client is looking for a creative and motivated Product Manager to join our team and help grow our business, with a specific focus on our medical cost management services that aim to improve healthcare quality and affordability for members. This role has the primary responsibilities of (1) steering the direction of our technology and service offerings to ensure a differentiated value proposition, and (2) ensuring the value proposition is communicated to the market.
This person will report directly to the SVP of Medical Cost Management Services and be responsible for the development and launch of new and/or enhanced service offerings (e.g., fraud waste and abuse prevention, population health management, etc.). This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the product offering, from owning the definition of the offering (e.g., targeted customer segment, pricing, key initiatives, etc.), to building marketing materials and initiative business cases, orchestrating change management, and performing root cause analyses coming out of tracking and reporting.
Part of their mission is to transform the traditional benefits experience into one that both employers and employees love. The Product Manager will play a key role in helping them achieve this vision. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.
