Our client is looking for a creative and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join their team and help grow their business, with a specific focus on launching our advocacy product and increasing member engagement. The ultimate goal of this position is to make sure they are building the right features for their customers and those features are communicated effectively to the market.
This person will report directly to the EVP of Product and Account Management and be responsible for the development and launch of new service offerings (e.g. advocacy) and broad-based consumer engagement programs, implementation and results. You will build and deliver value propositions for our prospects and customers that clearly articulate how we improve their health plan offering. You will manage the company’s member engagement strategy including measuring and reporting outcomes.
Part of their mission is to transform the traditional benefits experience into one that both employers and employees love. The Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in helping to achieve this vision. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.
