About YOU:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  • Knowledge of Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations
  • Knowledge of TGA, GMP and safe handling of cytotoxic
  • Training in GMP and Quality Systems desirable
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Good problems solving skills
  • High level computer literacy
  • High attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an Authorised Person ensuring the final product and associated documentation are correct, that packed items and batch records are accurate and admixed products are released for supply
  • Working in collaboration with other teams members and departments ensuring all customer enquiries and complaints are entered into the quality system and decide the best course of action.
  • Checking and scheduling customer orders for production
  • Working with the Logistic team ensuring communication and action is taking place in filling orders
  • The reporting of any incidents, deviations and non-conformances are reported and registered.
