As a Project Engineer you will be responsible engineering systems for a variety of industry applications including combined cycle Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) simple cycle gas turbines, industrial boilers, packaged boilers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Engineer and develop technical design of Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) systems, including all skids, injection piping, ductwork, internal frames, catalyst
  • Develop the technical design of ammonia storage and handling systems, including vaporizer skids, pump skids, storage tanks, and unloading skids
  • Responsible for all process, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrument, and control elements of equipment design
  • Knowledgeable of equipment drawings, including P&ID's, general arrangement drawings (GADs), detailed fabrication drawings, electrical schematics
  • Provide technical support for fabricators during the construction of equipment
  • Participate in new product or product development straegies

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE following skills:

  • BS Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years related industrial equipment engineering experience

Must be able to provide examples of the following accomplishments in current or previous positions:

·        Directly designing and specifying equipment

·        Responsible for generating engineering drawings, documents – P&IDs, general arrangements, component lists, valve lists, instrument lists

·        Coordinating activities of several engineering disciplines – e.g., process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls

·        Responsible for meeting project schedules

  • SCR System experience
  • Large ductwork and structural systems
  • Project Management experience
  • Subcontract Management
  • Electrical System Design
  • Refinery Design Code knowledge
  • Custom engineering for industrial applications (pollution control, ductwork, P&IDs, fans, motors, assemblies, welding, catalyst knowledge).

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
