  • Ensured all close out activities and documentation complied with company standards, generated substantial completion certificates.
  • Coordinated multiple projects simultaneously, effectively deploying cross-functional teams to optimize resource usage to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Utilized tools including MS Project, SharePoint, and Trello to track project progress and quality and enable comprehensive, accurate reporting.
  • Chaired regular project meetings to effectively convey project information to both client and project team.
  • Managed relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and vendors, reviewed bids to ensure reasonable pricing, and tracked all costs, purchases, and billing for Job Cost Report.

  • Promoted timely project completion by building and maintaining consolidated master schedule, leveraging problem solving expertise to resolve highly complex and sensitive issues.
  • Identified complex cross-function operational issues, developed and implemented innovative solutions.
  • Facilitated efficiencies by leading regular integration reviews with core team, mitigating timing risks, ensuring adherence to established budget, and delivering on synergy targets.
