Promote a safe work environment that drives continuous improvement in all aspects of employee health and safety.
Ensure that the Plant QA Lab is adequately staffed by trained technicians and adequate equipment to perform required product testing.
Ensure that all Laboratory documentation is correct and adequate to provide instructions and guidelines for product testing.
Ensure that the calibration technician is a qualified and trained personnel and ensure we have adequate equipment to perform calibration on the Measurement Systems.
Ensure that customer complaints / NCR’s are investigated and resolved in an accurate and timely manner.Work with functional groups (manufacturing, engineering, sales, product management, etc) to facilitate communication of complaint / NCR occurrence and resolutionManage the Quality Assurance activities to insure all specifications (internal, customer, industry standards, etc.) are identified, inspections and testing completed according to documented procedures and disposition of product is conducted in a timely manner where appropriate.
Ensure that the organization is in compliance with the requirements as specified in all regulatory documents as they pertain to the manufacturing of product produced in the facility.This includes adequate training to all employees involved in the manufacture of validation of processes and products.
Manage the Quality Assurance function to insure products, processes and documentation meet internal and external requirements through adequately identified processes and documentation.
Support the ISO group by helping to ensure that appropriate measures are in place to meet all domestic and international regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, current versions of ISO9001, TS16949, ISO 13485, 21CFR820 and cGMP.Direct activities of the department in support of plant and company objectives for EHS, quality, cost, service, inventory, operational excellence and others as identified by executive management.
Support the customer, Sales & Marketing, R&D and Manufacturing needs for new product introductions and continuous improvement.




4-year degree/or equivalent training and experience
Previous supervisory experienceStrong computer and math skills
Regulatory background or training a plus
Strong familiarity or training of ISO 9001 and TS16949 standards
Strong communication and inter-personal skills needed
5 years previous Quality or Process related experience
Manufacturing experience a plus

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
