This position is with a global chemical company with sales of ~$60BB and 80 sites in 16 countries. Excellent work culture and team-based environment. This position will report to the Mechanical Reliability Team Leader. This role will include day-to-day interface with operations and maintenance and assist in troubleshooting, optimization, and safe and reliable operation of fixed equipment. This position is a key member of the Reliability Team.

Responsibilities for this position include:
-Develop/Maintain Top Ten Reliability List for assigned areas
-Support and implement Reliability initiatives
-Run a successful Reliability Program including pulling SAP data, troubleshooting, etc.
-Monitor and drive improvements and corrective actions.
-Assess bad actors and long-term reliability of equipment
-Maintain and improve the MI reliability of assets at the site
-Lead RCA and develop and assign appropriate corrective actions
-Serve as an Engineering resource for the Inspection group
-Develop and lead Reliability focus groups and assist in the establishment of monitoring KPIs
-Lead the development of communication and implementation of a 3-year reliability strategy for assigned areas or specialty
-Work with capital project personnel during the early phases of projects and assist in providing input in an effort to have a successful project


*BS Mechanical Engineering
*5+ Years of Fixed Equipment Engineering (8+ preferred)
*Knowledge of ASME and API codes
*Fundamental knowledge of SAP
*Vibration, Oil Analysis Certifications a plus
