POSITION         RTR (Roll to Roll) Sales Manager, China

COMPANY        A leading-edge global company that develops, manufactures and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries.

LOCATION        Shanghai

REPORT TO       General Manager, China




  • Expand Company’s footprint in Direct to Fabric products by developing and executing a robust Go-To-Market strategy
  • Work in close collaboration with Marketing team to develop campaigns and marketing efforts specific for this market
  • Create business plan to drive sales and set sales objectives and annual forecast, and achieve such goals
  • Partner with the Regional Managers to ensure product category is top of mind with relevant customers and channel partners
  • Develops new business opportunities to provide a foundation for continuous upward sales trends while meeting all profitability objectives
  • Develops marketing and business strategies, innovative processes, and programs to meet objectives which are consistent with a "customer-focused" high performance sales organization
  • Establishes professional and responsive relationships with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction and continued business
  • Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships and generating new accounts to increase revenue and achieve goals
  • Participating in sales meetings, sales calls, seminar facilitation, trade shows, and the development of other sales strategies and initiatives
  • Proactively managing accounts and expanding the Company's business relationship with them






  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • +5 years of experience in sales position with a global manufacturer of capital equipment industry and channel sales experience, preferred in garment, textile
  • Experience in driving channel sales and the new customer development ideally within the same product category and channel
  • Strong knowledge of textile markets
  • Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals/quotas
  • Solid understanding of sales process with the ability to explain that process from identification of opportunity through close of sale
  • Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
  • Travel 70%-80% of the time
