JOB DESCRIPTION

Major Medical Device Provider and Leader in its field for over 70 years seeks a Rebates Administrator will work with external and internal customers and Account Managers, to analyze claims data and utilization in order to effectively and efficiently process rebates.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Load contracts in the Model N System

  • Implement, support and interpret all contracts

  • Ensures timely and accurate calculations of Trade, Mail Order, Medicaid and Managed Care rebate submissions.

  • Analyzes requested rebates in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements

  • Maintains documentation relating to rebate payouts and communicate relevant information to customers and internal parties

  • Provides high quality service level to all internal and external customers ensuring accuracy, efficiency and courteous follow-up

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualifications:

     

  • BS or a BA, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Degree in business administration, accounting, statistics, economics, or computer science preferred.

  • um of three years' experience working on healthcare rebate and pricing agreements with managed care, retail, specialty or mail order customers

  • A minimum of three years' experience performing financial analysis preferably involving managed healthcare claims and rebate data

  • Prior experience with administering claims in accordance with contractual requirements of rebate and pricing agreements with managed care, retail, specialty or mail order customers preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in communicating orally and in writing to explain in detail findings to management, co-workers and internal customers.

  • Advanced PC skills including excel are required.

  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with and presenting data to internal and external customers.

  • Knowledge of Model N contracting or similar system is preferred.

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
