JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting a Registered Nurse Supervisor Clinical Operations for Med Surg- Telemetry for a Community Hospital- Not-for Profit- affiliated with a University Healthcare System.

11P-7A  Mon-Fri

Will participate in weekend/holiday rotation.

The Supervisor, Clinical Operations assists the Director in providing for effective departmental operations and staff development during the 11P-7A shift. 

Duties include:  Staffing, scheduling, inservices, quality, evaluations, orientation, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or Compact state required
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university preferred
  • At least three years clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting required
  • Prior management experience preferred.

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
