This position will sustain and enhance the process control applications and assets in the assigned unit area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Process Automation problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Expert level of understanding plant operations, maintenance, and engineering principals
  • Participate in PHAs, PSSRs, and incident investigations
  • Familiar with commercial aspects of control system upgrades and service contracts
  • Display strong knowledge of process controls performance and how it relates to company profitability
  • Complete project scopes, P&ID mark-ups and PFD development
  • Serve as team leader as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Chemical or Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ Years of Chemical Production Plant or Refinery
  • Foxboro DCS experience preferred
  • Controls upgrade or conversion projects
